Be careful

I spent $170 buying a package that I thought had a hero in it and it did not. I ask for my Gems back or a refund. They did not even try to help me. All they said was sorry nothing they could do. Be careful what you spend your gems on. So I have got $170 in gear for a hero that is not even on the hero list.
